Purpose
In 2022 Nicolina founded 'Inspiring Diverse Leaders', a group set up to encourage ethnic minorities to become influential voices in the Boardrooms of our Society. Our purpose is threefold:-

to encourage ethnic minorities to consider new opportunities by opening the conversation around Board and senior leadership roles in our society

to share practical information as to how to attain these roles
-
to showcase the many Inspiring Diverse Leaders that already exist.
